Gojestic Energy Corporation Limited was registered in 2020 as an oil marketing company (OMC) in Zambia in order to provide fuel security to the broader Southern African region. Evolving within an industry dominated by foreign players, Gojestic Energy has quickly grown to become the white petroleum products provider of choice in Zambia and the broader SADC community.
OUR LEADERSHIP
Gojestic Energy Corporation Limited was founded in 2004 by Mr. Clever Mpoha and Mrs. Esther Mpoha who are current directors and shareholders of the company. It commenced operations in 2020 after obtaining necessary licenses from the Energy Regulation Board of Zambia and is part of the SAVENDA Group of Companies. It is currently run by an experienced management team which has combined 30 years of industry experience and exposure to overseas operations.
OUR COMMITMENT
At Gojestic Energy, our commitment is simple: we strive to instill trust in our clients and ensure transparency across all our operations. We provide a wide range of energy solutions to our customers. By putting the customer first in everything we do, we offer our customers the products and services they want, when they want them and where they want them.
We are committed to fuel and energy security in Zambia and to providing the best quality fuels available at competitive prices. The company recently engaged in the imports of petroleum products to compensate for reduced supplies from Zambia’s Indeni Refinery and will continue to engage with neighbouring markets to access the petroleum products that Zambian industries need.
WHAT WE DO
As a modern OMC, we are lean, flexible and forward thinking, and we deliver energy solutions that go beyond fuel. Our distinct competitive position can be attributed to our capabilities and success at the level of the SAVENDA Group in logistics, construction, insurance and other business entities across Africa.
To support energy security and infrastructure expansion in Zambia, Gojestic Energy is in the process of constructing an inland depot in the Lusaka South Multi Facility Economic Zone. We have also secured 200 ha of land in Nakonde, at the border between Zambia and Tanzania, to develop a 70,000 cubic metres tank farm.
STRATEGIC DIRECTION
Our strategic agenda is anchored on three core themes:
