Savenda Construction Projects is a construction divisional business unit of Savenda Management Services Ltd. Its core business covers the entire lifecycle of projects in all field, from conceptualization, design, feasibility, bankability, implementation, and project closeout and handover.
The company is a strong competitor in the Zambian construction market and is duly registered and affiliated with the Engineering Regulations Board (ERB), the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) and benefits from a top National Council for Construction (NCC) grading.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
The company has established itself within the Zambian construction industry over 13 years, serving as a client, financier, main contractor and sub-contractor. Savenda Construction has been awarded and completed projects both for the public and private sector including landmark projects such as the construction of over 90 shelves for grain storage facilities for the FRA in 2021 incooperation with Addas.
