Dr. Clever Mpoha is the Founder & Group Managing Director of Savenda Management Services (SMS), a global supply chain and logistics solutions business established in 1997.

The multi-skilled entrepreneur who started his career at the tender age of eighteen worked for various international companies in Pacific Asia and Africa including Barloworld and Sun Trust Group. Holding various positions such as Branch Manager, Debt Collector, Chief Accountant and more, Dr. Clever Mpoha experienced various leadership roles that helped him strategically develop Savenda from a start-up with an initial investment of $1,000 to international player with annual turnover of over $268 million. His faith, supportive wife, accounting background of more than 12 years and exposure to lessons from great minds such as Myles Munroe gave him the sound, all round environment that he needed to achieve all this and more.

He is currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Thembekile Mandela Foundation in South Africa, partners with the Hand of Hope Foundation in Zambia, serves as an honorary member of the Lusaka Lions Club (Zone 413), supports girl child education through academic sponsorships (Savenda Award of Excellence, St. Mary’s Secondary School – Lusaka) and more.
